FOUNDATION

Full basement with 10" block. Solid cap block on top course. (partial crawl space on some models)

EXTERIOR

Quality kiln dried lumber. 1/2" Douglas Fir plywood roof sheathing.
2"X10" floor joists - on 16" center. Wolverine and Alcoa vinyl siding ( many styles and colors available).
Metal X-bridging between floor joists. Alcoa aluminum vented soffit, fascia, gutter and downspouts.
2"X6" exterior wall studding - 16" on center with 1" T&G Dow sheathing or 7/16" OSB Sheathing.
Raised panel or louvered shutters on the front (most models).
2"X4" interior wall studding - 16" on center.
23/32 Douglas Fir T&G plywood flooring - glued and nailed. Full ridge venting.
2"X6" rafters and ceiling joists - 16" on center 30 year warranty seal down Tamko Heritage Series shingles w/ 15 lb. felt paper.

INSULATION

Sill plate insulation R-21 basement ceiling insulation
R-38 blown fiberglass ceiling insulation R-26.5 wall insulation (total) with 1" Dow sheathing or R- 21.5 with 7/16" OSB sheathing.

WINDOWS & DOORS

Andersen High Performance windows (low "E" glass) vinyl-clad non tilt narroline windows with full screens or Anderson 200 series vinyl-clad tilt Low E windows with screens. Interior doors and bi-folding closet doors (3 styles available).
Flush or raised panel steel with foam core garage door (when applicable).
Front entry door includes polished brass handle set with lifetime warranty finish.
Peachtree swinging patio door (low "E" glass) with screen (most models) or Andersen high performance sliding patio door with glass (some models). Schlage door locksets and hardware - privacy locksets on bedroom and bath doors
Therma Tru doors

INTERIOR

1/2" drywall screwed and glued; taped with 3 coats of spackle and sanded. No-wax vinyl flooring with Multi-ply underlayment in the foyer, kitchen and baths.
Kitchen cabinetry - maple oak, hickory stained wood or laminated finish by Aristokraft. Most models include a lazy Susan corner base cabinet. Wall to wall stain resistant carpet with static control and #6 rebond padding.
Wood stair railing.
Bath vanity with matching wood framed medicine cabinet (coordinated to kitchen cabinet selection). Some models use a pedestal sink in the half bath. Large closets.
Sherwin-Williams paints and stains.

PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND APPLIANCES

Lever-type shut off valve at main water line. Broan range hood with light
PEX water lines and schedule 40 PVC drain lines. GE dishwasher.
50 gallon electric hot water heater - energy saver model with 6 year warranty. 200 amp Cutler Hammer service panel.
Two exterior frost free faucets. Electric baseboard heat with individual room thermostats (optional heat cooling systems available).
Dayton stainless steel double bowl kitchen sink with Delta Single control faucet and sink sprayer. Two exterior receptacles on a G.F.I. circuit.
Delta scald proof tub and shower faucets in all baths. Broan exhaust fan/ light in all Baths 
Aker fiberglass one piece tub/shower. Door chime at front entry.
Eljer Savoy Standard rim commodes. Wall-mounted light at all exterior doors in black, brass, or white finish.
Cultured marble vanity tops (eight color selections).
Washer and dryer hookup including dryer venting. Deluxe interior light selections.
GE electric self-cleaning range with window in oven door. Pre-wiring for two televisions and two phones.
